XP All-Time
Your total accumulated XP across everything you’ve ever done on Model Diplomat — every lesson, daily challenge, simulation, and course completion. This is the primary ranking. The XP All-Time tab shows how much learning you’ve done since you joined. It rewards consistent, long-term engagement.Weekly XP
XP earned in the current calendar week only. This resets every Monday at midnight (UTC). Weekly XP is the most competitive tab — it changes constantly and even users with a lot of All-Time XP can be beaten by a motivated newcomer who has a great week. The weekly leaderboard is shown with a countdown to the next reset.Courses
The number of courses you’ve completed. Users with the same XP are differentiated by how many complete courses they’ve finished — this rewards depth, not just time spent.Streak
Your current consecutive-day streak. The streak leaderboard shows who has been coming back every single day. Long streaks are hard to maintain and respected in the community.Your rank
Scroll to the bottom of any leaderboard tab to see your personal rank card. It shows:- Your position (e.g., #142)
- Your percentile (e.g., “Top 8%”)
- Your metric value (XP, courses, or streak days)

Appearing on the leaderboard
You appear on the leaderboard automatically after completing your first lesson. You’ll start at the bottom and move up as you earn XP. If you’re logged out, you can still view the leaderboard but you won’t appear on it and your rank won’t be shown.Privacy
By default, your display name and avatar appear on the leaderboard. You can change your display name in Settings → Account or make your profile anonymous.XP & Streaks
