2026 Fletcher Moot
The Fletcher Moot is an international insolvency law moot court competition, designed for college students globally. It offers a platform for participants to engage with complex legal issues surrounding cross-border insolvency, developing their advocacy and legal research skills. The competition unfolds over several weeks, beginning with virtual preliminary rounds and culminating in an in-person final in London, GBR.
