WaveMUN III 2025

Welcome to WaveMUN - the World's Affairs and Virtual Experiences Model United Nations Conference - hosted online from Bridgewater, New Jersey!

This Conference will be held on May 17th, 2025. Note that the date is tentative at this time. It will run from 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM New York City Time, with several breaks in between.

Important information to note:

• While a Position Paper is not mandatory, it will be beneficial and grant eligibility to earn the Best Position Paper award.
• Questions will be answered through email (wavemunc@gmail.com)
• The WaveMUN Discord will contain all the necessary information for delegates (https://discord.gg/WVmbErWCxs). 
• This conference will not be possible without you. Please spread the word about WaveMUN across all peers.
• WaveMUN will feature a keynote speaker! - Unfortunately, our speaker will not be able to make it any longer.

WaveMUN III will offer the following committees:

• CRISIS (Gulf War)
• SPECPOL (Addressing Gang Violence in Haiti or Determining Sovereignty in Western Sahara)
  • For this committee, delegates will vote on which topic they would like to discuss at the beginning of the conference!

The following awards will be given out for each committee:

• 1 ​​Best Position Paper
• 2 Honorable Mentions
• 1 Outstanding Delegate
• 1 Best Delegate

(These numbers are subject to change to fit the committee's size)
