WaveMUN II 2025

Welcome to WaveMUN II - World’s Ambassadors Vibing Endlessly Model United Nations II - hosted online from Bridgewater, New Jersey!

This Conference will be held on February 22nd, 2025. Note that the date is tentative at this time. It will run from 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM, with several breaks in between.

Important information to note:

• While a Position Paper is not mandatory, it will be beneficial and grant eligibility to earn the Best Position Paper award.
  • When writing your position papers, check the attached document for a general guide:

WaveMUN II will offer the following committees and topics:

• SOCHUM (Social, Cultural, & Humanitarian Committee)
  • Redefining Statelessness
  • Social Media Censorship
• DISEC (Disarmament and International Security Committee)
  • Combatting Maritime Piracy
  • Addressing the Militarization of Cartels

The following awards will be given out for each committee:

• Honorable Mention
• Outstanding Delegate
• Best Delegate
