Welcome to UEMUN 2025!

Following the great success of our first edition last year, we are beyond excited to announce the opening of the 2nd edition of the Model United Nations of Universidad Europea de Madrid. We welcome you into the heart of Spain in our campus in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid from February 19th to 21st❤️.

UEMUN is a conference that was born out of the passion of its members for diplomacy, public policy, negotiation, and building relations. In this model, we strive to foster open dialogue, good argumentation, critical thinking, and leadership. But above all, we strive to promote global awareness and engagement from our delegates into a deeper understanding of global politics, cultural differences, and international relations 🌍.

Why choose UEMUN 2025?

1. We are an international model with high-level committees both in English 🇬🇧 and Spanish 🇪🇸.
2. In the 2025 edition, UEMUN’s global topic will be: “Shaping global policies through digital governance”, which is of crucial relevance today considering the ethical, legal, and security challenges that managing rapidly evolving technologies, such as AI, cybersecurity, and data privacy pose to fostering global cooperation and ensuring the protection of individual human rights 🌐.
3. Even if it’s your first Model United Nations, our organizing committee and chairs are all working hard towards making this conference a safe space where you can learn and develop your debating, writing, and leadership skills 📝. 
4. As our guest in the beautiful city of Madrid, we invite you to dive into the capital’s vibrant culture, historic landmarks, and its distinctive lively atmosphere that blends tradition with modernity 🌆📚.
5. Lastly, at UEMUN we are just as proud of our social events as we are of our committees’ academic rigor. After each fruitful day of debate, you’ll get to work on your social skills at our committee dinner, cocktail, gala night, and more 🥂🕺🏻.
