Welcome to UEMUN 2024! 🌐🌟

We are pleased to announce the first edition of the Model United Nations of the Universidad Europea de Madrid! 🎉

We are excited to officially announce the opening of the conference, which will run from May 8-10, UEMUN will be a conference that encourages open dialogue, diplomatic skills and good argumentation🏅📝, as well as the opportunity to meet other national and international delegates 🌎 who have a keen interest in international issues and are passionate about debating them in order to find tangible solutions.

🆘Current issues and contingency : in the 2024 edition, UEMUN will address current issues of great importance, especially international security and safety issues. Among the topics, there will be non-traditional elements of great interest for international politics, such as artificial intelligence and biological agents, guerrillas, humanitarian crises and women in conflicts. 

UEMUN seeks to make the topics global in scope! Addressing issues from all parts of the world, but affecting the international community

🎓High-Quality Academics : due to the topics selected, the committees demand a high academic quality, not only in the preparation before the committee, but also during the entire conference. The organizing committee, together with the chairs, have a high level of knowledge about the topics to be discussed and work hard to offer the best quality in terms of content, blocks and tools for debate. 

It doesn't matter if it's your first time doing a MUN or you are already an expert! 
UEMUN invites everyone to demonstrate their skills and in turn, improve them through practice.

🌆 Madrid: experience this beautiful city! Madrid invites you to get to know it with its pleasant climate and streets with beautiful buildings. We invite you to come to this city with great cultural weight with its museums such as the Prado Museum, and parks to walk and known as El Retiro, besides getting into the Spanish culture with its food, people and atmosphere! 

🏫 The campus: The Villaviciosa Campus of Universidad Europea de Madrid offers a large space with different buildings, green spaces and a lake! The campus is an attraction on its own and what better than to do a Model United Nations in this place!

🥂Socials: we couldn't leave socials out, even less in Spain! UEMUN not only invites you to show your debating skills on international issues, we also want everyone to have fun both inside and outside formal session! Join us for dinners, cocktails and a final party!
