About

The Sydney University Schools Model United Nations Conference (SUSMUN) is an entirely student run conference to be held from the 28th-29th of September at the University of Sydney. It will provide high school students with a unique opportunity to interact with complex and relevant global issues by formulating and debating their own solutions to pressing real-world problems. Students will represent their own nation-state and interact with other delegates while acting within the mandate of one of the United Nation’s specialised committees. SUSMUN will also offer students the opportunity to hear and learn from experts in the field of international relations.

We encourage enthusiastic students who have an interest in global issues, problem-solving and public speaking to register. No experience is required, as our very own delegates will be providing expert help and guidance throughout the conference, and students will have the opportunity to meet like-minded people from all over Australia.
