NHNMUN 2025 – Where Dialogue Begins and Diplomacy Thrives
October 18, 2025 | Online | One day | Free to Attend
The NHNMUN Board of Directors is proud to welcome you to the inaugural edition of NHNMUN 2025, a new international Model United Nations conference open to passionate delegates and chairs from around the world. Hosted for the very first time, this conference is fully online and completely free to attend, ensuring that diplomacy and global conversation are accessible to all.
What to Expect
This one-day simulation invites high school students to step into the shoes of diplomats, engage in high-level debate, craft resolutions, and collaborate on solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges. Whether you're a seasoned MUN delegate or just starting out, NHNMUN provides a platform to speak up, challenge perspectives, and develop as a global citizen. With experienced chairs and a hardworking group of organisers, NHNMUN 2025 will provide a debating experience worth remembering.
Join us for a day full of intense debate, creative ideas and international cooperation — all from the comfort of your own home.
Theme
“Foreign Involvement in Regional Conflicts: Implications for National Sovereignty and Conflict Resolution.”
Things to Note
- The conference is based in the Netherlands and follows Central European Summer Time (CEST).
- The event will likely be hosted on an online meeting platform such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- NHNMUN uses THIMUN procedure to guide debate and decisionmaking (delegates and chairs will receive a training booklet).
- Attendance is free and open to students (school/university) worldwide.
- No prior MUN experience is required — all levels are welcome.
