Issues related to global competitiveness, as well as a number of topics related to unemployment, increasing social inequality, consumption growth, and environmental threats have always been, are and will remain global and comprehensive, and this thesis emphasizes the increasing relevance of this topic in recent decades. Guided by the principle of the priority of the concept of "international security" in our days, the First Committee of the UN General Assembly is called upon to protect the world from the threats hanging over it.
