Honorable future MUNSA Chairs & Delegates,

It is a privilege to welcome you to the sixth edition of the Model of United Nations Student Association, on behalf of the United Nations Student Association of Barcelona  (UNSA Barcelona) and the Secretariat Team. Our conference will take place in the vibrant city of Barcelona from September 4th to 7th, 2025!

Building on the remarkable legacy of previous editions, the Secretariat has worked diligently to expand and enhance MUNSA. This year, we proudly present six diverse committees, each designed to foster meaningful discussions over four intensive days. Delegates will have the chance to engage in the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), tackling critical issues related to global food security; the Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), addressing pressing matters of international security and disarmament; the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), focusing on regional cooperation and development; the NATO Historical Committee, revisiting key historical events and decisions; the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), the cornerstone of international peace and security; and, lastly, the Bicameral Crisis, a versatile and engaging committee where delegates will address crises offering unique challenges and debate dynamics.

Throughout the conference, delegates will have the opportunity to showcase their diplomacy, negotiation, and cooperation skills while building lasting connections with peers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

The countdown to MUNSA 2025 has officially begun, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming you all to Barcelona. In the meantime, our team remains fully dedicated to crafting an unforgettable experience, ensuring this edition becomes a milestone in your MUN journey.
