Welcome to the 10th Edition of our Annual MaltMUN Conference!

Since 2015, MaltMUN has proudly hosted the nation’s only MUN conference - bringing together passionate young leaders from around the world to debate today’s most pressing global issues. Once again, we invite you to Valletta, Malta’s breathtaking capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site, where diplomacy, culture, and history converge.

We are proud to announce this year’s theme – Guardians of the Seas: Ensuring Peace, Security, and Prosperity in Maritime Regions! 

Set against the backdrop of Malta, a maritime crossroads of cultures and diplomacy, this year’s conference challenges delegates to explore the multifaceted issues facing maritime regions worldwide. With 40% of the global population residing in coastal areas, the sea plays an indispensable yet often overlooked role in geopolitics, migration, environmental sustainability, and economic security. As Guardians of the Seas, we invite delegates to look beyond the sea itself and engage in dynamic discussions on fostering peace, mitigating conflicts, and advancing sustainable development in coastal states and beyond.
