Welcome back to the 26th edition of the London International Model United Nations (LIMUN)– University Conference. This year, LIMUN will be held from the 21st to the 23rd of February, 2025. Reflecting on last year’s success, the Secretariat is working to bring you the 26th edition of the LIMUN Conference with high standards of debate and discussion. LIMUN is a platform for international dialogue and multifaceted diplomacy, hosting delegates, chairs and ambassadors from around the world, acting as an established academic institution for youth debate and advocacy for over two decades. This year, we are beyond thrilled than before to welcome you back for this renowned conference in the heart of London.
LIMUN 2025’s theme is "The Pursuit of Multilateralism: Fostering New Dialogues for Progress”. Observing the increasingly unprecedented developments across the global political sphere, it is high time we re-examine the role of diplomacy and its impact on humanity. This year’s theme is a call to rethink the way that we address global issues, placing humanity at the forefront of international relations, policies and decisions.
At LIMUN 2025, you will collaborate on exploring the intersection of diplomacy and compassion and seek innovative solutions to problems on a global scale. Be inspired to take action as the next generation of global leaders, with the curiosity in you to embark on a journey to reinvigorate global governance and make the world a better place for all together.

The LIMUN University Conference is organised by the LIMUN Foundation, a charitable organisation (UK Charity Number: 1159324), that promotes cultural empathy, an understanding of international affairs, and awareness of the United Nations among young people. Besides the University Conference, the Foundation also organises LIMUN: High School, a conference geared towards high school students. The LIMUN Foundation is overseen by its Honorary President, Lord Mark Malloch Brown, former United Nations Deputy Secretary-General to Kofi Annan, in addition to an experienced Board of Trustees made up of many previous Secretariat members of previous editions of the conference. We are accredited by the United Nations Department of Global Communications and have recently partnered with the UN75 campaign to commemorate the United Nation's 75th anniversary.
