JAMUN 2024

JAMUN is a conference for specifically upper elementary and middle school students (5th-8th). Our focus is to expose students to the fundamentals of Model UN and allow them to foster their public speaking and diplomacy skills before entering the High School Model UN environment and their professional lives. Our conference is a great experience for students to gain confidence in their abilities and to improve and practice their communication skills. With aspects such as research guides and training sessions provided beforehand, JAMUN is a wonderful opportunity for all students, even those with no prior MUN or public speaking experience. This year, students will also receive a tour of the Bergen County Academies, and hear from current Model UN team members who’ve won awards at conferences such as Yale MUN and Princeton MUN!
