Le GEMUN 2025, organisé par GEM ONU, se tiendra du 6 au 8 février 2025 sur le campus de Grenoble École de Management. Cette 7ᵉ édition explorera le thème captivant : "Image et propagande : nouveaux champs de la conflictualité", offrant une réflexion sur le rôle des médias et de la communication dans les conflits contemporains.

Cet événement unique offre l’opportunité de développer vos compétences en diplomatie, en prise de parole et en négociation, tout en débattant dans un cadre stimulant et multiculturel. Que vous soyez novice ou passionné, vous aurez l’occasion d’enrichir votre compréhension des relations internationales, d’échanger avec des participants aux parcours variés et de d'en savoir plus sur Grenoble École de Management.

Un événement ouvert à tous

Que vous soyez novice ou expérimenté, lycéen ou étudiant, le GEMUN est accessible à tous. Pour encourager la collaboration, il est même possible de s’inscrire en binôme.

Les comités proposés

Les participants auront l'opportunité de débattre dans l’un des 4 comités suivants :

• Comité français / Niveau débutant : Programme des Nations Unies pour l'Environnement (UNEP)
  • Sujet A : Propagande et média : un risque pour la justice climatique
  • Sujet B : L’impact environnemental des énergies renouvelables : soft power, désinformation ou réalité
• Comité français / Niveau avancé : Conseil de sécurité
  • Tensions au Cachemire entre l’Inde et le Pakistan
• Comité anglais / Niveau débutant : Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’éducation, la science et la culture (UNESCO)
  • Sujet A : La problématique de l’IA face aux artistes et la manipulation de la culture
  • Sujet B : Entre avancées technologiques et désinformations, les nouveaux usages de la propagande
• Comité anglais / Niveau intermédiaire : Conseil de sécurité
  • Tensions au Cachemire entre l’Inde et le Pakistan
  • Les pays seront attribués par les présidents de comité au début du mois de janvier.

Des conférences prestigieuses

Chaque jour, des conférences seront animées par des intervenants de renom, pour enrichir les réflexions et offrir des perspectives variées sur les enjeux du thème. Plus d’informations sur les conférenciers seront disponibles début janvier 2025.

Un afterwork convivial

Le vendredi soir, un afterwork inclus dans le tarif d’inscription réunira tous les participants, les membres de l’association ainsi que les conférenciers dans une ambiance détendue et propice au networking.

À propos de GEM ONU

Organisateur de cet événement, GEM ONU est une association étudiante de loi 1901 dédiée à la géopolitique, à la diplomatie et aux relations internationales. Notre objectif est de promouvoir les valeurs défendues par l’ONU et de faire découvrir le monde de la géopolitique aux futurs managers, aux étudiants et aux lycéens.

GEMUN 2025, organised by GEM ONU, will be held from 6 to 8 February 2025 on the campus of Grenoble École de Management. This 7ᵉ edition will explore the captivating theme: ‘Image and propaganda: new fields of conflictuality’, offering a reflection on the role of media and communication in contemporary conflicts.

This unique event offers you the opportunity to develop your diplomatic, speaking and negotiating skills, while debating in a stimulating, multicultural setting. Whether you're a novice or an enthusiast, you'll have the chance to broaden your understanding of international relations, exchange ideas with participants from a wide range of backgrounds and learn from each other.

An event open to all

Whether you're a novice or an experienced student, high school or university, GEMUN is open to all. To encourage collaboration, you can even register in pairs.

The proposed committees

Participants will have the opportunity to debate in one of the 4 following committees:

• French committee / Beginner level : United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)
  • Topic A: Propaganda and the media: a risk for climate justice
  • Topic B: The environmental impact of renewable energies: soft power, misinformation or reality?
• French Committee / Advanced Level: Security Council
  • Tensions in Kashmir between India and Pakistan
• English Committee / Beginner level : United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
  • Topic A: The problem of AI in relation to artists and the manipulation of culture
  • Topic B: Between technological advances and disinformation, the new uses of propaganda
• English Committee / Intermediate level: Security Council
  • Tensions in Kashmir between India and Pakistan

The countries will be allocated by the committee chairmen at the beginning of January.

Prestigious conferences

Each day, there will be a series of lectures by renowned speakers to enrich the discussions and offer a variety of perspectives on the issues at stake. More information on the speakers will be available in early January 2025.

A convivial afterwork

On the Friday evening, an afterwork included in the registration fee will bring together all the participants, association members and speakers in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to networking.

Organiser of this event, GEM ONU is a student association under the 1901 law dedicated to geopolitics, diplomacy and international relations. Our aim is to promote the values defended by the UN and to introduce future managers, students and high school pupils to the world of geopolitics.
