Georges Duby Model United Nations (GDMUN) 2025: 10 Years of Diplomacy and Change
Theme
The theme for this year’s GDMUN is Transcending Borders: Improving Healthcare and Protecting Human Rights for a Sustainable Future. This critical focus will drive discussions across diverse committees, addressing the intersection of global health and human rights. Delegates will explore innovative solutions to improve access to healthcare, safeguard fundamental rights, and foster sustainable development in an interconnected world.
Opportunities
Beyond the academic experience, GDMUN 2025 offers delegates a chance to network and unwind through enriching social events. On the first evening, all participants are invited to a festive gathering in La Duranne, near Aix-en-Provence, to foster connections in a relaxed setting.

Who Should Apply?
Whether you are a first-time MUN participant or a seasoned delegate, GDMUN 2025 promises an engaging and unforgettable experience. Refine your diplomatic and public speaking skills, collaborate with peers from around the world, and take part in impactful debates during this landmark 10th edition of the conference.
Program and Venue
- Day 1: Committee sessions will be held at Lycée Georges Duby in Aix-en-Provence.
- Day 2: The General Assembly will take place at Aix-en-Provence Law Faculty, bringing together 400 delegates, 40 chairs, and 60 staff members under the coordination of our dedicated Flying Team.
Application Process
- Registering:
- Delegates: Apply, select your committee, and indicate your country preferences.
- Chairs: Chairs have already been selected. Please do not submit an application if you have not been sent an email confirming your position. For those who have, please apply in the committee that you were selected in.
- Paying:
⚠️ Assignments will only be made after payment has been confirmed. - Assignments:
After payment, delegates will receive their assignments via email within a few days.
