Dwight School Dubai MUN is pleased to announce that our second annual Model United Nations Conference, DWIGHTMUN ‘25 will be taking place on the 5th, 6th and 7th of December, 2025. As a hub of innovation, diversity and leadership, Dubai offers the ideal backdrop for bringing together young changemakers from across the region and beyond.

Dedicated to ‘The Year of Community’ as declared by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the UAE, the theme of this year’s conference is ‘Empowering Youth, Strengthening Communities: From Vision to Action’. Today’s youth are not just future leaders—they are present changemakers. 

As communities across the globe face rising inequalities, climate threats, social fragmentation, and economic instability, youth participation is crucial in fostering inclusive and resilient societies. The conference will offer a wide range of committees - such as UNSC, WHO, UNDP, WFP - and has been designed to engage beginner and experienced delegates alike. 

Through this platform, we aim to empower young leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue, tackle pressing global and local challenges, and design innovative solutions that strengthen our communities. The rapid development of Dubai and the UAE exemplifies a continually progressing community committed to fostering positive impact both domestically and internationally.
