The 18th Beijing Foreign Studies University Model United Nations Conference (BFSUMUN 2025)

As one of China’s most prominent Model United Nations conferences, BFSUMUN 2025 is now entering its preparatory phase and is set to take place during the Qingming Festival holiday from April 4-6, 2025. With 18 years of tradition and experience, BFSUMUN continues to provide a high-quality platform for students from around the globe to engage in rigorous diplomatic debate and develop their leadership and communication skills. In 2024, the conference saw over 300 delegates from various countries, and we are expecting even more growth and success this year.

Conference Structure

This year’s conference will feature:

• 2 Chinese-language committees (1 advanced-JCC, 1 intermediate)
• 4 English-language committees (3 intermediate, 1 advanced)
• 1 French-language committee (beginner)
• 1 Spanish-language committee (beginner)
• 1 Main Press Center (bilingual Chinese and English)

Payment Instructions

We are excited to offer different registration rates to accommodate all participants. Please note that all times mentioned are in Beijing Time (GMT+8).

Early Bird Registration (Before February 10th, 2025, 24:00 GMT+8)

• Delegates: CNY 410 (approximately USD 57)
• Observers: CNY 252 (approximately USD 35)

Regular Registration (February 11th - March 2nd, 2025, 24:00 GMT+8)

• Delegates: CNY 450 (approximately USD 63)
• Observers: CNY 280 (approximately USD 39)

Important Notes:

1. Due to technical configurations, payment instructions will be provided after you complete the delegate registration process via email.
2. No registrations or payments will be accepted after March 3rd, 2025, 24:00 (GMT+8).
3. Currency conversion rates are approximate and may vary at the time of payment.
