The 10th annual ASMMUN conference is set to take place at The American School of Milan from November 13-15, 2025. ASMMUN is an annual gathering that has been shaping the future of global diplomacy since 2016. Hosted in the vibrant city of Milan, Italy, our conference blends the region's rich cultural heritage with cutting-edge educational practices to provide a unique, globally expansive Model United Nations experience.
This year's theme, "Navigating Change: Building Stability in an Unpredictable World," reflects the challenges and opportunities shaping international relations today. As the world faces geopolitical tensions, economic shifts, climate crises, and technological advancements, our conference will encourage delegates to explore diplomatic solutions that foster stability, security, and cooperation.
At ASMMUN, we are committed to fostering meaningful international dialogue by welcoming a diverse range of schools from across the world. With committees capped at maximum 30 students, we create an engaging environment ensuring that every student’s voice can be heard.
FORM I - SCHOOL REGISTRATION
If your school wishes to participate, please complete Form I by May 7 th to secure your registration. You can find the link to Form I on both the homepage and the 'Directors' page of our website at www.asmmun.org.
You will receive an email notification by June 1 regarding your school's acceptance for the November conference and the number of delegate spots allocated to your school.
STUDENT OFFICER AND PRESS APPLICATIONS
Students interested in applying for officer or press positions at ASMMUN are encouraged to visit the ASMMUN website at www.asmmun.org. The application forms can be found under the 'Students' section or on the homepage. For officer positions, students need to fill out the form and submit a brief video presentation. For press roles, in addition to the form, samples of previous work are required. Please note that a teacher’s recommendation is also necessary for all Student Officer applications. Once we receive a student's application, we will promptly send a notification along with a link to the recommendation form. Deadline for submission is May 7 th

At ASMMUN we pride ourselves in being able to offer a variety of committees to ensure students’ engagement and participation. To view the full list of committees accompanied by a brief description and information regarding the appropriate level of delegates, you can check the Committees section on our website. Topics for each committee will be posted shortly.
STAYING IN MILAN :
The American School of Milan is located about 10 kilometers south of Milan’s city center. We recommend staying in central or southern Milan for convenient access to our daily conference bus service, which stops near the Lodi metro station on the M3/Yellow Line. Staying near the M3/Yellow Line ensures easy travel throughout Milan, allowing you to take advantage of all that the city has to offer.
