Set in the land of Dravidian Legacy, the so-called Periyar Mann, this conference plunges deep into the historical currents that have shaped Tamilnadu’s unique political identity and its outstanding growth in the past Four Decades.

From the impassioned federalist vision of C.N. Annadurai who said— “Autonomy to the States, Federalism at the Centre”—to the rising tensions between central nationalist policies and regional self-determination, the conference bridges the past with the pressing realities of today.
