Public Forum at a Glance
Public Forum (PF) is a two-on-two debate format designed to be accessible to general audiences. Topics change monthly and focus on current events in domestic and international policy.
The Coin Flip
Before the round, one team wins a coin flip and chooses either side (Pro or Con) or speaking order (first or second). The other team gets the remaining choice.

Each team gets 3 minutes of prep time.
