The Acting President: Before proceeding further, I should like to remind members that action on draft resolution XXVIII, entitled _Follow-up to the 2013 high-level meeting of the General Assembly on nuclear disarmament<d3>, is postponed to a later date to allow time for the review of its programme budget implications by the Fifth Committee.
